How we work

From the first call to launch and after: what happens, what you get, and what you own.

The process

  1. 1. Call

A 30-minute call about your goals, your users, the timeline and any constraints. NDA before the first call, on request.

  2. 2. Proposal

A written scope with milestones and a timeline. A written proposal within 3 working days. A fixed price for a fixed scope.

  3. 3. Build

The work arrives in milestones, each ending in something you can try. A working demo every two weeks. Code lives in your repository from day one.

  4. 4. Launch

We release it to the stores or the web with you. Accounts (stores, domain, analytics, ads) are created in your name.

  5. 5. Care

Optional: fixes, updates and growth work after launch, for as long as you need it.

Ways to work together

Fixed-scope project
When the scope is clear: an agreed scope, timeline and price. A deposit to start, then a payment as each milestone is delivered.
Monthly retainer
Ongoing work after launch, such as updates, care and growth, for a monthly fee.
Dedicated team
Our developers or designers work as part of your team, invoiced monthly.
Hourly
For work that’s hard to scope up front: billed by the hours actually worked, invoiced monthly.

Questions

Will you sign an NDA?

NDA before the first call, on request.

Who owns the work?

You own the code, designs and IP on payment.

How do payments work?

Fixed-scope projects start with a deposit, then a payment as each milestone is delivered. Retainers, dedicated teams and hourly work are invoiced monthly. Small jobs are paid upfront or on delivery.

Our time zone is different. Does that matter?

[your working hours and the overlap with the Gulf, UK and US (W1)]

Can you work with our existing team or code?

Yes. We can work alongside your developers, or take over an existing codebase after reading it and telling you what we find.

What do you need from us for a quote?

A few lines on what you’re making, who it’s for, what exists already and when you’d like to start. That’s enough for a first call.

Do you take on small fixes?

Yes, of any size. Small jobs are usually quoted as a fixed price or a few hours of work.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing care is optional: fixes, updates and growth work, for as long as you need it.

Tell us what you’re making.

Send a few lines; we’ll set up a short call. We reply within one working day.
