Privacy and cookies

This website is run by Five Orbits ([registered legal name (W4)]), [city, country (W1)]. You can reach us at [email protected].

When you send the inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, and optionally your company, what you need, when you want to start, your message and where you heard about us. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about your project.

The form also records the time it arrived, the page you came from on this site, and your country as Cloudflare sees it. We never record your IP address.

To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser and your IP address to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that check; we don’t store its data.

Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that process each request, including your IP address, to send you the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare runs those servers for us.

We use Google Analytics only if you allow it. Until you choose, this site sets no cookies.

Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the Turnstile spam check, and forwards email sent to [email protected].

Resend delivers the inquiry form to our inbox as an email.

Our inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).

Google Analytics, also run by Google, receives data only if you allow analytics.

We delete inquiries 24 months after our last contact with you.

Google Analytics keeps its data for 14 months.

If you click “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, to count visits and see which pages help people find us. They’re set only for fiveorbits.com, not for our other sites. Google Signals and advertising features are switched off.

Your choice itself is saved in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie), and we ask again after 12 months. You can change it at any time:

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time with the cookie settings above. Email [email protected] and we’ll answer.

If you’re in the UK or the EU and think we’ve handled your information wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority.

This website is for businesses and isn’t directed at children. Sortaring, our game for all ages, has its own privacy policy on its own site.

Sortaring’s privacy policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects analytics, we’ll ask for your choice again.
